    Advanced Practitioner - Adult Social Care


    Salary:
    £36 per hour

    This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the improvement of key performance and standards within our Community Social Work Teams (CSWTs).


    As an Advanced Practitioner, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the team, supporting the management team in improving key performance indicators, and maintaining standards within the Rowley Regis CSWT.

    Active involvement in service delivery to ensure alignment with the evolving focus of Adult Social Care in Sandwell.
    Supporting change and transformation initiatives within the team.
    Implementation of relevant policies and procedures as required.
    Providing cover and deputizing for Team Managers within Adult Social Care when necessary.

    Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks, including safeguarding protocols and the needs of vulnerable adults.

    Building and maintaining excellent relationships for effective partnership working.
    Registered qualified Social Worker with substantive managerial experience of working within adult CSWTs.
    Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive performance improvements.
    In-depth knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks and government initiatives related to adult social care.
    Flexibility and adaptability to navigate change and support transformation initiatives within the team.
    A commitment to providing high-quality social care services and improving outcomes for vulnerable adults.
    The successful candidate will be offered a competitive hourly rate of up to £36.
