THE ROLE:


A well-established firm has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters.

The appointed Solicitor will work on a varied case load to include, but will not be limitedto, commercial sales & purchases, commercial leases & lease extensions and variations of leases.

You will need the ability to manage your own caseload and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the bestservice is delivered.


THE CANDIDATE:


The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience in the field of general commercial property.

You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clientsalike. You will join a family friendly practice that has a loyal, local client base and good quality work. You will be encouraged with your own ideas and offered long-term career development opportunities.
