    Minimum Requirements:
    • A minimum of 12 months of post-qualification experience in Nursing, Physiotherapy, Paramedic, or Occupational Therapy.
    • Active registration with NMC/HCPC, with practice rights unrestricted.

    Key Responsibilities and Duties:
    • Conducting Assessments: Disability Assessors shoulder the responsibility of conducting thorough assessments for individuals with disabilities or health conditions. This includes reviewing medical reports, directly gathering information from the individuals, and possibly consulting with healthcare professionals involved in the individual's care.
    • Evaluating Functional Abilities: Assessors carefully evaluate how an individual's disabilities or health conditions influence their capacity to perform a range of functional activities.
    • Compiling Assessment Reports: Following the assessment, Disability Assessors meticulously craft comprehensive and precise assessment reports. These reports provide a comprehensive overview of the individual's medical history, functional limitations, and the impact of their disabilities on their daily life. The workload typically involves conducting an average of 3 assessments and producing 3 reports per day.
