Description
Electrical Site ManagerThis role is primarily focussed around London and M25. It may require travelling outside of these areas on specific projects, this is desirable not essential. Travel and accommodation costs would be met by the client.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The client provides the work for you but they need someone to carry out validations / surveys for accurate quotations.
Repair and Maintenance:
commercial and residential
On the tools most days
Must have the ability to complete EICR's
Responsible for H&S on site.
Verify and sign off certification of completed works Qualifications / Experience: Experience in completing EICR's
Gold / Black CSCS/ JIB card is desirable
SSSTS / SMSTS is desirable
QS / NICEIC qualified
Full UK Driving License
Managing your own business / work in the electrical industry is desirable.
Experience in property maintenance General information:
