- Allocating stock to DDW orders using their Enterprise 1 system (E1)
- Inputting stock onto the E1 system.
- Consigning Depot Transfers on M4 to IDN routes including producing Purchase Orders and confirming when completed.
- Answering the phone to customers and Brenntag colleagues at Depots, also contact with Drivers/visitors using the site Intercom.
- Printing & Checking End of Month and mandatory reports when required.
- Checking Cofa's against Specifications, uploading Cofa's to the Quality system.
- General filing of paperwork and records, critical to a BRCGS Food Safety certified depot.
- Competent in all Components of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Prior of Experience of using a Transactional/ERP system (SAP, Sage, MS Dynamics, Oracle)
- Experience of working in a Busy Office Environment.
