This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large Legal firm and provide credit control support to the insurance group.

To work as part of the wider credit control team and provide administration support where necessary.

Description

The Credit Controller will be responsible for:

Ensuring invoice debts are collected in a timely manner
Holding regular meetings with partners and casehandlers to ensure all relevant debts are chased as necessary
Maintaining accurate notes on the credit control database
Dealing with queries from case handlers, clients and other members of the Finance Department
Using elite 3E to make general invoice enquiries
Cash collection
Monitoring debtor ageing levels
Adhoc assistance where required

Profile
-
Must have a working knowledge of Elite 3E:

Will have Credit Control experience, preferably within a law firm and a good working knowledge of insurance market collections
Demonstrate the ability to prioritise and meet deadline
Will have strong communications, both verbally and written
Will be able to establish relationships with clients internally and externally
Posses the ability to negotiate in order to influence positive outcomes
