    Rev & Regs are recruiting for an IT Integrations Analyst role on behalf of a well-established Insurance Broker, based in London.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven IT Integrations Analyst to become part of our team.

    In this role, you will be responsible for the integration of acquired businesses into our existing IT Target Operating Model.

    Reporting to the Head of IT Integrations, the IT Integrations Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth transition of integrated entities, aligning technology system, and enhancing operational efficiency.


    Responsibilities:


    Assess the target's IT systems, data, and technologies to identify potential integration opportunities, risks, and challengesDevelop integration plans and strategies for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with the organisation's goals and objectives.

    Work closely with the Solutions Architect and IT Integrations team to design and implement the integration of acquired businesses' IT systems, data, and technologiesEngage with stakeholders from acquired businesses to understand their IT systems, processes, and requirementsMonitor and track the progress of integration projects, ensuring that they are executed according to the defined project plans.

    Maintain detailed records and documentation related to integration activities, including project plans, status reports, and change requests.
    Conduct quality assessments to ensure that integrated systems and processes meet predefined standards and quality benchmarks.
    Collaborate with the IT Service Delivery Team to ensure that integrated systems meet security requirements and compliance standards.


    Experience Required:
    Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.

    Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in IT integrations, preferably in a corporate environment involving multiple acquisitionsMust have Azure experience Strong knowledge of integration processes, data migration, and IT systems alignment.

    Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.
    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project requirements.
