    Description

    CORE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

    • Kronos WFD
    • Handson experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD Applications

    DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

    • Candidate should have experience in UKG Dimensions (Kronos WFD).
    • The candidate will be primarily responsible for creating the Business Requirements Document(BRD), highlevel design artifacts as well as detailed solution design, validating requirements with product offerings,working with relevant stakeholders for product customization requests.
    • They will interface with key stakeholders and apply their Kronos domain and technical proficiency across different stages of the project including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition andDesign.
    • They need to have at least 8 plus years of handson experience in implementation, development and support projects related to Kronos WFC / WFD Applications.
    • Good experience in UKG Dimensions with functional expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, Accruals and Attendance modules.
    • Sound knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Management, ScheduleOptimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
