Our client is a directly authorised company with the FCA providing the platform, operational systems and infra structure to help you build a successful career and achieve your lifetime goals, they advise on mortgages, protection and give full adviceand recommendation and an outstanding service to their customers.
They are a highly experienced team of entrepreneurs with many years within the Financial Services industry and have highly trained sales support, administration and full case progression teams

They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Mortgage and Protection Adviser to join their growing team in Staines

Key Skills required:

Good communication and listening skills
Organised and target driven
Willingness to learn new skills
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
Excellent customer service skills
Honest and trustworthy attitude
Respect for confidential information
CEMAP 1,2 & 3 or CERT CII or equivalent

Working Hours: 08:4- 18:30

Salary:30k basic salary, OTE flexible, 40-50k.

Holiday:28 days paid annual leave

Experience required:
Minimum of 1 year in Mortgage services

Training provided: 1 week induction, ongoing and regular 1:1s
