As the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing financial planning and analysis strategies.

You will work closely with the leadership team as well as non-finance stakeholders to provide strategic insights and maximise the impact of the programs.

Develop and maintain the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing accurate and insightful reports to inform decision-making and facilitate resource allocation.
Lead the annual budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to develop realistic and effective financial plans.
Prepare financial models, conduct scenario analyses, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to support data-driven decision-making.
Provide financial analysis and recommendations on funding opportunities, grants, and partnerships.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, supporting them with financial insights and guidance.
