My client is an international Foreign Exchange company searching for a proactive, Events & Front of House Coordinator. You will be enrolled on an ongoing temp contract for a minimum of 12-months. This is a busy, faced paced role and you must have events experience. Your hours will be 8:30 - 5:30 five days in office, with some flexibility down the line. The offices are based near Victoria.WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will be responsible for the daily running of the office and full organisation of internal events.
- Events management
- Organise social events
- Board meeting preparation
- Ordering office supplies
- Greeting employees
- Meeting room management
- Adhoc administration
WHO YOU ARE
- Events experience
- Office based experience ideally
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal
- Bubbly, friendly nature and good with people
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and meet deadlines
- Outstanding organisational skills
