Head of Finance - Cambridge (hybrid)
Reed Finance are looking for a Head of Finance to join one of the University of Cambridge Colleges. This is a permanent role based in Cambridge with hybrid working available.


You will report directly to the Assistant Bursar and take full control of day-to-day finances, managing a team of 6.


As Head of Finance your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the finance tam of
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Budgets and forecasts
  • Financial reporting
  • Annual audit and statutory accounts
  • Oversight of payroll and pensions
  • Financial controls and systems

We are looking for:

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
  • Staff management and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong financial systems, ERP and Excel skills.
