    This role is multifaceted and calls for a diligent and eager individual who can work alongside experienced directors, supporting their operations and client liaisons.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
    • Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages ensuring timely response and review.
    • Initiate and develop a business development database to target and track opportunities and arrange meetings.
    • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents for effective review.
    • Compile data and prepare briefing materials for consultations and presentations.
    • Coordinate and organise logistics, agenda and catering for internal meetings as required, take minutes and distribute follow-up action items.
    • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders fostering positive relationships.
    • Assist in facilitating corporate networking events and actively engage with external partners to promote the business through collaboration.
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Profile

    • Confident, adaptable and motivated with a robust work ethic. Must thrive in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
    • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
    • High proficiency in business acumen, ideally with previous experience in the executive search sector.
