- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming requests and messages ensuring timely response and review.
- Initiate and develop a business development database to target and track opportunities and arrange meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents for effective review.
- Compile data and prepare briefing materials for consultations and presentations.
- Coordinate and organise logistics, agenda and catering for internal meetings as required, take minutes and distribute follow-up action items.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders fostering positive relationships.
- Assist in facilitating corporate networking events and actively engage with external partners to promote the business through collaboration.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Confident, adaptable and motivated with a robust work ethic. Must thrive in a fast paced and often demanding environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, use initiative and meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- High proficiency in business acumen, ideally with previous experience in the executive search sector.
