You'll play a key role in strengthening and driving their operational risk framework, ensuring the Bank's continued success and stability.

Must Haves:

• Second Line Operational Risk Experience
• Capital Markets Experience
• Basel 3.1 Experience

Make an Impactful Difference:

• Lead and empower a talented Operational Risk team, serving as the Second Line of Defence.
• Oversee the daily execution and management of all operational risk framework elements.
• Partner with the Chief Risk Officer to refine and implement the Bank's risk strategy.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive operational risk policies and procedures.
• Safeguard the Bank from fraud by spearheading the Second Line of Defence for our fraud risk framework.
• Collaborate with Senior Management across Audit, Risk & Compliance, empowering informed decision-making and ensuring robust controls within the First Line of Defence.
• Leverage your expertise in the standardized approach to operational risk, including Pillar 2 capital assessment, scenario analysis, and loss data management.
• Identify and mitigate emerging threats like cyber risk, guaranteeing a resilient business continuity plan.
• Foster a culture of risk awareness by training risk owners across the Bank.
