Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for an Immigration Consultant located in London.

The role entails advising clients on immigration issues, asylum and nationality cases, conducting legal research, instructing experts and liaising with the Home Office and visa centres around the world.

Taking instructions, delivering a plan, providing legal representation in court, maintaining client files, and other duties associated with managing a caseload.

QualificationsQualified solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE in immigration lawSolid knowledge of UK immigration and refugee law, EEA immigration law, Home Office Policy and case lawExcellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skillsAbility to manage a caseload efficiently and effectively, as well as work independently or as part of a teamGood client-care and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal sensitively with clients from diverse backgroundsFluent in English; knowledge of another language is an advantageRight to work in the UK
