    Title: Telesales Outbound Account Manager

    Package: £30K + £40K Commission OTE £18K - £24K

    Holiday entitlement: 23 days + bank holidays, 1 day added each year to a max of 25 days.

    Suitable for: Internal Telesales, Account Manager, Outbound Sales, Internal Sales

    Our client is a leading manufacturer and supplier of EV Charging. They are currently recruiting for a Telesales Account Manager. Reporting to the Sales and Operations Director, this position will focus on developing new business and achieving growth from existing accounts.

    Responsibilities:

    • To identify, target and develop business with new customers.
    • To manage existing accounts to ensure the agreed revenue target is achieved, through regular customer meetings/communication and efficient project management.
    • To work with the Sales & Operations Director to develop and implement a new marketing strategy.
    • To provide monthly forecasts and project updates.

    Key Requirements

    • A strong sales background in outbound telesales.
    • Good knowledge of CRM systems, Marketing and Admin
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Analytical skills to evaluate data and make commercial decisions.
