    Solutions Architect

    Bristol (2 days per week)

    £65,000 - £100,000 + bonus, shares, 30 days hol + 8 BH, private medical.

    This is a huge opportunity to be part of a £3 billion digital transformation – the largest ever transformation within their industry

    The aim is to modernise all their applications whilst also reducing their carbon footprint, which means migrating from old tech into modern tech. Most of the investment is going into their Bristol office and we're building multiple teams from scratch to make this office their new centre of excellence – the main tech hub, the most skilled team, leading the best practice etc.

    An exciting opportunities has arisen within their servicing & engagement platform for a Solutions Architect. Considering the investment, the role is varied, exciting & with huge scope for progression.

    You will be involved in everything from architecting customer facing applications, APIs, integrations using cloud native applications, managing architectural decisions & communicating this at all levels (from senior partners to developers).

    What you'll need:

    • Strong Software Engineering background (JavaScript, Java/Golang preferred)
    • Cloud Native Architecture (they use GCP but happy for Azure/AWS)
    • Application integration (Restful services, GTTP, Kafka, MQ etc)

    Benefits: 15% pension, hybrid working (2 days per week in office), annual bonus, 30 days holiday + BH, great maternity/paternity leave, shares.

    Process: two-stage process, technical and then cultural/behavioural interview.

    The roles are all from senior upwards, huge opportunities for progression considering the growth they're about to go through (they're hiring 100 people this year).
