    The Reinsurance Human Resources team serve as the trusted and strategic partners to the Reinsurance business unit, offering expert guidance and advice to senior leaders across the business.As an HR Advisor on the team, you will play a critical role partnering with your HR colleagues in business partnering and talent management as well as various business stakeholders such as finance to ensure the seamless execution of HR strategies and support to the Reisnurance leadership and associated legal entities.

    What will your essential responsibilities include?

    ·Responsible to support the CHRO, two Senior HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and Head of Talent Management and Employee Experience with a variety of administrative and operational tasks and acting as the liaison point for the finance organization.

    ·Required to complete structured tasks and analyses independently. Be the owner of core processes such as headcount management, ensuring data is accurate, shared with all relevant stakeholders and actioned where appropriate on a timely basis

    ·Support CHRO and HRBPs by applying analysis and first level review of data, gathering information and preparing reports as required including the bi-annual pulse surveys and annual inclusion survey.

    ·Workforce data and analytics for Reinsurance. Includes generating insightful dashboards from materials provided by the HR Ops functions.Identify trends, key topics for focus and prepare materials for review by a senior audience (global, local and functional).

    ·Support the Reinsurance HR team by preparing data for all annual HR processes, including Performance & Development (P&D), Year-end Compensation, Talent Reviews, succession planning and promotions.

    ·Complete administrative forms and templates for the Reinsurance HR team.

    ·Create and maintain monthly and ad-hoc reports and analysis, such as headcount, attrition, I&D etc including legal entity reporting.

    ·Partner with marketing and communications team to provide information for town halls and newsletters.

    ·Managing and/or contributing to local and/or global projects and strategic initiatives both in support of the team and as part of the regional HR network, as required.

    ·Act as point of contact and advisor for managers where needed in performance of duties.

    ·Act as point of contact with local and global HR teams where applicable, including Center of Expertise teams.

    ·Be a super user of MyHR and subject matter expert for all HR systems, to understand and maintain HR records and provide fit for purpose reporting, in conjunction with Global HR Operations.

    ·Be responsible for raising purchase orders and managing and tracking invoices for external suppliers.

    ·Ensure HR processes are documented and reviewed, identify opportunities to streamline and improve ways of working with Global HR Operations.

    ·Prior experience in an HR or advisory role is considered an advantageous asset.

    ·Demonstrated capability to maintain composure and exhibit confidence when addressing challenging situations.

    ·Excellent time management and organization skills, and an ability to prioritize multiple streams of work from multiple sources without sacrificing quality.

    ·Demonstrated ability to work independently and with resourcefulness.

    ·Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    ·Comfortable working with data and attention to detail

    ·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, that is constantly adapting to organisation needs.

    ·Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially in regards to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.

    ·Proficiency with HRIS systems is highly preferred.

    ·A college degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
