    CK Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Support to join a global pharmaceutical company, based in Chester on a on a contract basis for 6 months.

    Applicants must speak English and Dutch fluently. French as a third language would be an advantage.

    15 per hour


    Customer Service Support Role:
    Receive orders and enter them in SAP system after performing validations on order
    Inform customers in case of quality issues related to product, recalls, or put on hold situations
    Receive and answer customer contacts through phone, e-mail and fax and record in call tracking tool

    Be fluent in English and Dutch. French would be a distinct advantage
    Previous working experience in a customer service role dealing with emails and calls
