    Role Overview:

    As a Registered Care Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our client in Croydon & Sutton.

    Your responsibilities include driving success and growth by creating a positive working environment, maintaining high standards, and ensuring top-quality care for our clients.

    You will lead and support our care professionals to ensure they deliver the best service possible.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the daytoday operations of our client in Croydon & Sutton.
    • Promote a positive working environment to support the success and growth of the organization.
    • Maintain high standards of service delivery and ensure quality care for clients.
    • Recruit, manage, and develop a dedicated team of care professionals.
    • Utilize your leadership skills to drive excellence in a dynamic and fluid working environment.
    • Foster a clientfocused approach with previous experience in a home care agency.

    Requirements:

    • Proven ability to take responsibility and excellent leadership skills.
    • Previous experience in recruiting, managing, and developing a team.
    • Experience working for a home care agency is essential.
    • UK driver`s license, over 22 years old, and access to a vehicle.
    • Previous care experience in roles such as care home manager, care coordinator, deputy manager, field care supervisor, or care manager is highly valued.
    • All positions are subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references due to contact with vulnerable clients.
