Their Technology team is highly regarded and provide advice on a wide range of commercial matters across a number of sectors; working with clients including research institutions,life sciences and large blue chip companies amongst others.

Role Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Advising clients on all IP related commercial agreements
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
Working on projects and transactions in the IT and Telecoms sector
Participating actively in business development activities

Person Specification

As a successful Technology Solicitor/Associate, you will have:

2-6 years' PQE within a similar role in a leading / established firm
A good knowledge of IP and IT related matters
Experience in dealing directly with clients to effectively manage the relationships on an ongoing basis
