Payroll Administrator

Interim - 3 months - cover whilst permanent recruitment drive moves forward

up to £16 per hour depending on experience

37.5 hours per week - 3 days remote, flexible hours but core hours of 10 - 4


As a Payroll Administrator within our clients Finance department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth payroll operations, delivering exceptional service to our area managers and UK restaurants.

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you ll be the first point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries, building strong relationships to guarantee accurate and timely payroll processing.


Responsibilities include training restaurant personnel on payroll procedures, collaborating with HR to onboard new employees, and maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations.

Your expertise in payroll processing, coupled with intermediate Excel skills and a knack for multitasking, will drive efficiency and accuracy in payroll operations.

Preferred qualifications include experience with ADP Freedom and a solid understanding of GDPR legislation.
