    A unique opportunity to join an Aviation Asset Management business with an amazing growth story to tell.

    If you work in Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance or Debt Advisory and are looking to get out of the corporate machine and into a boutique buy-side business, this role is for you

    Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, you will build relationships with banks to secure funding, help deploy capital of a newly created fund, be instrumental in launching future funds and support the operational development of the firm.

    You don't need prior Aviation sector experience; however, it would be advantageous to your application.

    Key duties include:

    • Utilise, review, and enhance Operating and Cashflow models
    • Perform pieces of business and industry financial analysis and research into current industry and financing trends
    • Review Management Information (incl. Risk & Pipeline reports) and liaising with the Finance team on budgeting and forecasting to extract information
    • Prepare and participate in presentations for banks, investor conferences, roadshows etc
    • Involvement in ensuring compliance with our debt covenants and assistance with group financing initiatives
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to inform and/or secure approvals for recommended actions from the Management team / Board
    • Maintenance of all debt facility related databases

    Experience Needed:

    • Three to seven years' experience in a Leveraged Finance, Structured Finance, Debt Advisory or Asset Lending
    • Educated to degree level or equivalent
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with specific ability to communicate concepts and ideas concisely and defend their validity
    • Clear understanding of general accounting principles, the time value of money and discounted cash flow techniques
    • Strong, in-depth, financial and business analytical skills together with a sound knowledge of business restructuring techniques
    • Ability to read, understand, and comment on risk issues
