- Providing assistance and consultation to the lead consultant regarding the therapeutic programmes on the unit
- Engage with patients in helpful, therapeutic and meaningful activities.
- Co-ordinate and manage individual treatment plans for occupational therapy and activities
- Provide 1:1 OT assessment and treatment
- Develop close working relationships with professional and clinical colleagues ensuring clinical practice is in line policy and procedure at all times, complying with statutory regulations and quality standards.
- Providing high level communication skills and possessing exceptional organisational skills.
- Minimum of one years experience of delivering Occupational Therapy strategy in a professional environment – clinical and / or therapeutic
- Experience of managing a caseload of patients with complex needs
- First rate interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and efficient
- · Ability to contribute to the ongoing development of the OT service
- BSc (Hons) in Occupational Therapy
- RCOT membership

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team working across our adult inpatient services.
The Occupational Therapist will work with client groups both one to one and in a group setting and should have a minimum of one years experience.
You will provide assistance to professional and clinical staff with the planning, implementation and evaluation of therapeutic activities in order to improve mental, emotional well-being and quality of life for our patients.
Suitable applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience gained within a related clinical or therapeutic environment.
