About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO'S office and supporting the overall success of the organisation.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Global CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively handle tasks to streamline workflow and optimize productivity.
  • Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives, delivering results in a timely manner.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting Csuite executives in a global setting.
  • Previous experience working in a Private Equity environment
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous project management experience highly advantageous.

Education:

Batchelors degree

English fluent
