We help the best companies in the world build stellar customer experiences based on game-changing ideas and technology. Our Experience Optimization platform influences the purchase decisions of hundreds of millions of customers every day, purposefully designed to increase the scope, scale, and competitive edge of every business we work with. As a Manager - Marketing Operations and Project Management at Dynamic Yield, you will own our marketing automation platform (Marketo), reporting, alignment with RevOps, campaign execution, email strategy, and team project management. This is a highly cross-functional role that requires strong communication skills, as well as the ability to switch between solving strategic problems and managing tactical implementation. You will own our MarTech stack and build the playbook for best practices across both the marketing team and wider RevOps org. We're looking for people that have a high bar to join our expanding team of marketers across demand generation, content marketing, product marketing, design, communications, and events. We are looking for people who love their craft, sweat every detail, and push the boundaries of traditional B2B marketing. The keys skills for success in this role:
    Deep understanding of the role marketing operations can play in the success of both the marketing team and the wider RevOps strategy.
    Extensive Project management experience, either on the job or qualification (Agile, Prince2 etc).
    Comfortable making strategic decisions around our MAP (marketing automation platform) and project management to streamline how the marketing team can use marketing operations and processes more effectively.
    Passionate about data, and can support report and dashboard building, lead distribution, ROI measurement, and overall sales alignment.
    Incredibly confident with Salesforce, with experience creating reports, dashboards and using advanced functionality (flows, integrators) The task-at-hand:

    • Ensure data quality and integrity across marketing systems and properties.

    • Support the marketing team by creating processes for project management that help us deliver large cross-functional projects in a clear, structured process with stakeholder engagement throughout.

    • Represent Marketing at the GTM table; know the numbers inside out as well as proactively identify ways to add value to how we report, measure and improve on marketing efficacy.

    • Own the overarching marketing technology strategy, as well as day-to-day platform operations.

    • Optimize our marketing CRM and nurturing processes.

    • Enable wider marketing team to operate campaigns from inception to execution to measurement, with appropriate support and data governance. Optimal Skills for Success

    • 4+ years experience in marketing operations/analytics/BizOps roles.

    • Strong proficiency with Marketo.

    • High proficiency with Salesforce.

    • Experience with cutting-edge B2B Tech including Clearbit, Ringlead, 6sense etc.

    • Strong collaboration skills - works well with sales operations and marketers to define and implement campaigns and programs.

    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, with a desire to constantly improve processes.

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and work streams at the same time in a fast-paced environment.

    • Strong analytical skills, paired with the ability to tell a powerful narrative with data.
