Notion Live Events is an experienced
event,
concert, and
festival organiser that was founded in 2021 and is proudly situated in
Newcastle Upon Tyne (UK). Notion Live Events, which operates in the North East of England, provides platforms for established and emerging talent while ensuring that audiences' experiences and expectations are always fulfilled.
In addition to executing a large number of live events each year, Notion Live Events also provides a
venue management service, in which we book, curate, and manage live event spaces to guarantee they are competitive and profitable.
There are three event bookers at Notion, each specialising on a particular genre or area of the live music industry.
As a Notion team member, you will be expected to play an important role in the delivery of the company's events while adhering to the expected standards.
Training and explanations will be offered.Experience:
- Experience isn't required but is welcomed.
Core responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- Listing tickets
- Gathering & storing important event information such as contracts & artist assets
- Communicating important event info across departments
- Building and storing marketing reports per event
- Identifying suitable support artists
- Ensure third parties have what they need to effectively promote
- Communicate the programme with regional third parties such as local press and venues
