Temp to Perm
£10ph // £19,000.00

Immediate Start**Macildowie are pleased to working alongside a fantastic business in Long Eaton to recruit additions to their
Customer Service team as
Claim Handler.

This is a
full-time,
temp to
permanent opportunity (3 months temporary).

There are 3 different vacancies for this business, all with different shift patterns as follows:

Weekends (Remote):07:00 - 21:00 (20 hours per week)

4 Days On/4 Days Off (Office):07:00 - 17:30

Week Days (Hybrid):07:00 - 17:30 (week 1/office) alternate 10:30 - 21:00 (week 2/remote)

Role & Responsibilities:


  • Identify and assess customer's needs to achieve maximum satisfaction.
  • Ensure all claims are logged and resolved within the business target time.
  • Provide accurate and appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure full resolution.
  • Maintain all records of customer interactions, process accounts and file all required documentation.
