    As a Quality Advisor, your responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating closely with the quality manager to ensure the continuous ISO 9001 certification of the business.
    • Reviewing, updating, and implementing new quality procedures.
    • Fostering and cultivating a culture of quality.
    • Identifying areas for improvement in company management processes.
    • Preparing quality audits and generating relevant reports as needed.
    • Liaising with the management team for updates and coordination.
    • Assisting project teams in developing and implementing project-specific quality documentation.
    • Ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards.
    • Identifying, documenting, and resolving non-conformances, coordinating trades and materials for defect resolution.

    Qualifications for this role include:

    • Proven experience as a quality professional in civil engineering and water projects.
    • Knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001.
    • Excellent communication skills, given the level of interaction involved in the role.
    • An acute attention to detail.
    • Experience in developing Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, and managing Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions.
    • Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
    • A valid UK driving license.
