We have an exciting opportunity opening within Specialist Services for enthusiastic and bright individual who enjoys patient contact and working in a busy, friendly, multi-disciplinary team environment to support us in the delivery of a quality service.

You will work collaboratively to provide full administrative services within our department of Specialist Services.

We are a small and friendly inpatient unit. Excellent interpersonal and IT skills are essential to this post. Hours are full time 8-4 or 9-5.


The applicant will fulfil the role of ward receptionist/administrator and undertake the following support to the Ward manager: Mental Health Act administration and support for Mental Health Review Tribunals, inpatient waiting list and contacting patients for admission, requesting risk assessments for Mental Health service users.
