    *Regional Director - Automotive Recruitment**London South East, Greater London*At *Performance Resourcing* we are looking to expand our colleague network, therefore have exciting opportunities for a *Senior Automotive Professional* to join our busy Automotive Recruitment business as a *Regional Director Franchisee* for *London South East, Greater London.


    This is fantastic opportunity to start your own business, working with Dealer colleagues and contacts to build a base of Clients, trading under the umbrella of an established and reputable *Automotive Recruitment Agency, Performance Resourcing.

    *The Successful Applicant
    • Will have a background in Franchised Dealership Management at Head of Business / General Manager / Group or similar level.
    • Will live and have worked in Automotive within the Franchise area.
    • Will require a wealth of automotive contacts within the Franchise area.
    • Will be required to prospect Client opportunities within the Franchise area to grow their network.
    • Limited Company registration and Accounting platforms will be required in line with Performance Resourcing and their Accountants.
    • Systems training will be given.
    • Performance Resourcing DO DOT charge an up front Franchise Fee.
    *Franchisee's Responsibilities
    • Upholding the good name of Performance resourcing.
    • Operating in accordance with the Legal Agreement.
    • Maintaining standards.
    • The franchisee must devote the best endeavours to grow the business.

    • Location and boundaries of the Territory for the franchisee.
