- Lead finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process redesigns, from initiation to completion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues
- Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely completion
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvements
- Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure project requirements are met
- Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects
- Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
