    As the Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing and executing various finance transformation initiatives within Unilabs. You will work closely with stakeholders across different departments to improve financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of a leading healthcare organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead finance transformation projects, including system implementations and process redesigns, from initiation to completion
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
    • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
    • Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues
    • Monitor project progress, provide regular updates, and ensure timely completion
    • Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvements
    • Oversee testing and quality assurance activities to ensure project requirements are met
    • Support change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
    • Proven experience in managing finance transformation projects
    • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes
    • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
    • Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
    • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting
    • Proficiency with project management tools and software
    • Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is highly desirable
