Description

I'm supporting a marker leader within transportation space, looking for a Head of FP&A; looking after a small team and working closely with the operations team as well as across the business.

This will be a pivotal role in determining the direction of thebusiness and you will be heavily involved in the decision making process.

The successful individual will be working closely with the Senior Leadership team including the CEO.


What you'll be doing:

  • Responsible for financial and nonfinancial KPI targets for key stakeholders including reporting of performance
  • Business partnering with the operations team to find opportunities where efficiencies and savings can be made
  • Lead the annual budget ensuring accurate reporting of several departments' spend alongside variance analysis and clear commentary on drivers
  • Prepare financial presentations and analyses for both budget and forecasts to be reviewed by the CEO and senior stakeholders

What we are looking for:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Commercially minded accountant with a true business partnering style
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Team player
