    Description


    Attention all Scrub Nurses and ODPs We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a brand new, state-of-the-art service.

    Our client, a private clinic, is looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to fill this role in their centre of excellence located in Worcester.

    This role offers a fantastic work-life balance with shift patterns that are a rarity in the nursing field. The annual salary for this role is up to £40,501, with the added bonus of twice-yearly performance-related bonuses.

    Not only that, but you'll be part of a pioneering team in a brand new service, making this a truly unique opportunity.

    They are about to open a brand new, state-of-the-art service in Worcester, and they are looking for a Scrub Nurse or ODP to join their all-encompassing and collaborative team.

    As a Scrub Nurse or ODP, your responsibilities will include:

    Delivering the best possible person-centred care
    Undertaking pre-and post-operative observations
    Assisting with specialist procedures in the theatre room
    Ensuring that all staff members contribute to the efficient running of the hospitalPackage and Benefits:

    As a Scrub Nurse or ODP in this role, you will receive:

    An excellent annual salary of up to £40,501
    Two performance-related bonuses each year
    33 days of holiday

    The opportunity to work overtime as and when requiredThe ideal candidate for this Scrub Nurse or ODP role will have:

    Relevant nursing or ODP qualifications (NMC / HCPC)
    A current PIN
    A minimum of six months experience in a similar role
    A current DBS
