Experian's Client Delivery Team within CIS & Analytics are looking for a Client Delivery Executive.
This is a great opportunity for someone to join a small team of onboarding and client delivery experts, who is perhaps just starting in their career or would like a change of focus and learn something new.
Within the role you'll be working within a team in a fast-paced environment that work closely with our Go to Market colleagues, Domain Leaders, product owners and product managers.
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Delivery team in delivering best in class onboarding to our Affordability and Verifications customers.
This includes the onboarding of new customers to our Affordability and Verifications Products and migration of existing customer to new platforms.
You will work closely with our customers to identify the best set up and configuration to meet their needs.You will also be accountable for picking up and assisting with complaints and DSAR requests as required in order to meet regulatory requirements
Day to day accountabilities
- Taking ownership of work and ensuring the work is correct and on time.
- Understanding of the internal quality and regulatory control processes and always adhering to them
- Working and engaging with the Go to Market and delivery team to ensure that all deliverables are met
- Understand the client's use case and work closely with them to deliver desired outcomes
- Ensure that complaints are picked up, investigated, responded to and resolved to customer satisfaction within regulatory timeframes and policy guidelines
- Collaborate with product and technical teams to identify areas of improvement and new product feature delivery to benefit customers

- Customer and client focus with excellent communication, empathy and influencing skills, and the ability to display understanding of the customer journey.
- Ability to escalate appropriately at the right time, understanding the need for support from the Service Management and Service Operations team when required.
- Adaptable and flexible. Able to read and adjust quickly to new situations and fast changing priorities both internally and externally.
- Capability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, adapting to the audience as required.
- Ability to work with others, through a remote matrix management approach, to deliver improvement actions
