    Full Time Position in Winchester, Hants Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, (covering only occassional Saturdays).
    Full Clean Drivers License Required & Own Car Essential. Free Parking.
    Competitive Salary £19,000 - £32,500 approx per annum.
    Company events. Company Pension.
    Work location is In Person.
    What is required from you for this Sales Negotiatior Position

    Our Client is looking for someone ambitious, driven to succeed, able to deliver results and with an excellent work ethic who will be able to make a difference in the team.

    Experience within property is preferable but not essential. The person they require, is someone with a great attitude, enthusiasm and good customer facing skills. Living local and knows the area is a benefit.
    Responsibilities & Qualifications for a Sales Negotiator
    Register clients and generate interest in available properties
    Provide excellent customer service to clients throughout the sales process
    Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values
    Work with team members to achieve sales target
    Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    Ability to build rapport, establish positive relationships with clients and their needs
    Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
    Proficient in administrative tasks, including record keeping and data entry
