Longstanding professional services firm with a strong presence in Norwich is looking to appoint a Finance Manager. This is a newly created role with potential to progress to Director in the future. Initially the role will be split working in Norwich andtheir offices in Suffolk.Your main duties are as follows:
- Produce monthly management accounts.
- Produce and update quarterly cash flow projections.
- Produce detailed weekly cash flow forecast for next 12 weeks.
- Managing day to day running of accounts department
- Attend regular management meetings to discuss quarterly performance and targets.
- Liaise with accounts software provider to ensure updates to system have a positive impact on firm.
- Complete quarterly VAT returns.
- Manage payroll
- Ensure the company pension is compliant with the Pensions Regulator and cover the reauto enrolment process.
- Complete year end accounts liaising with auditors.
- Involvement of running of business with partners making decisions on staffing, marketing, IT requirements, outsourcing of functions.
- Regulatory role ensuring firm is compliant with our regulator rules around Money laundering.
You will be either qualified ACA, ACCA or qualified by experience with relevant experience working for a professional services company.
This role would suite someone either looking to move to the nextstep as Finance Manager or an experienced FM looking to progress to FD.
