    Description

    WeDoData are working with a school in Berkshire who are looking to appoint a Data Manager to manage and develop their School's Management Information System.

    This role is at an All Girls Secondary School, Ofsted rated 'Good', part of a wider multi-academy trust. The team are diverse, supportive and inclusive.

    The wider organisation has a collaborative approach which offers plenty of scope to learn and develop within the role and opportunity to progress within the group.


    Responsibilities will include:
    Managing and administering whole-school data (SIMS)
    Analysis of student performance data (4Matrix)
    Maintenance, assessment and reporting on student records
    Training on data interpretation to SLT


    Successful applicants will have:
    Exceptional attention to detail
    Advanced IT skills (Microsoft Excel)
    Strong reporting and analytical skills
    Strong leadership and project management skills
    Experience using SIMS, or other School Management Information Systems
    Experience with 4Matrix, or other school analytical tools

    In return, my client is offering:

    up to £39,186


    TTO salary:
    up to £33,780
