About the job:

  • Required to visit customers on behalf of the client at their supply address to carry out pre-disconnect visits, take meter reads, discuss payment alternatives, gather information about vulnerability, confirm tenancy changes, and assess the viability of installing pre-payment or smart meters.
  • May also need to visit customers at their home address to 'reconnect' them back to the call center, where evidence of ability to pay will be obtained, and suitable payment plans will be set up.
  • Full 'on the job' training and support provided by an experienced Field Agent.
  • Wide area of coverage with a generous car allowance, attractive salary, and uncapped bonus offered.
  • 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Saturday) with the potential for longer days for committed individuals willing to go the extra mile.

  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Experience in a regulated environment is advantageous.
  • Confidence in face-to-face interactions.
  • Reliability and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Self-motivated and eager to enhance skills.
  • Own transport and a full driver's license.
