    We are a well established, but family ran, Facilities management company looking for someone to support in maintaining a complete and accurate Asset Database and helping to deliver all aspects of PPM planning, scheduling, and delivery including coordination and upload of all associated documentation.


    The ideal candidate will have strong admin experience and be accomplished in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (Ideally confident with V Look-ups and formulas).


    Shifts are between 8 and 5 each week and you will need to work in the office 1 day a week (Wednesdays) but will WFH the remainder of the time.

    Help update and maintain a complete and accurate Asset Register.
    Support with planning, scheduling and managing PPMs through to completion including upload of associated certificates and documentation.
    Process Asset and PPM information provided by in-house teams or external suppliers.
    Support with processing information relating to Asset Warranties.
    Help produce Asset or PPM related reports when required.
    Approach Asset/PPM Manager with any grievance or problem that may arise.

    Ability to extract, collate and present performance data relevant to the business.
