Description
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team.As a Mechanical Engineer , you'll play a crucial role in managing reactive Mechanical tasks and planned activities to ensure service level agreements are met.
This position offers a chance to thrive in a flexible, dynamic work environment while making impactful contributions to everyday operations.
Salary up to £39,000, depending on experience.Monday to Friday working pattern (on-call rota also required as part of role).
Your Role as a Mechanical Engineer
As a Mechanical Engineer , you will be responsible for undertaking Mechanical work across a variety of settings including domestic, commercial, and industrial buildings.
Additionally, you will liaise with customers to arrange appointments, provide engineering expertise out of hours, and ensure effective communication with the team and line manager.
Your proactive approach, coupled with your ability to work as part of a team and independently, will contribute to the successful completion of maintenance activities within agreed operational targets.
City & Guilds Level 2 accreditation as a Mechanical Engineer.Working knowledge/experience of building maintenance.
Numerate and computer literate.
Flexibility to undertake weekend/out of hours working through an on-call rota.
