About this opportunity ( 12 Months Fixed Term Contract):

Ericsson offers an exciting opportunity for an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Expertise. The successful candidate will play a key role in establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the EHS policies, programs, and requirements within our organization. Central to this role is driving a sustainable safety culture and advancing employee well-being.

What you will do:

Contribute to internal and external reports, audits, assessments as well as EHS and well-being programs and campaigns.

Provide vital support to Ericsson's EHS leadership by helping resolve complex issues and developing solutions.

Aid in executing EHS strategy, governance, and processes, and push for continuous improvements.

Monitor performance targets, identify deviations, and propose appropriate corrective actions.

Assist in developing competencies within the organization.

Monitor EHS legislative developments.
