- Developing and establishing core data models and reports to support day-to-day operations of the Claims and Fraud functions, as well as providing key reports for senior stakeholders (Zego leadership, investors, insurance partners) on claims performance
- Assisting the Claims and Fraud leadership team in making informed decisions by analyzing performance and identifying improvement opportunities within current processes, effectively communicating these findings, and tracking the impact of improvement initiatives
- Collaborating closely with senior management to present findings and convey compelling narratives through data, whether in support of Claims, Fraud, or Pricing business processes, or for Zego's Leadership Team and external/partner reporting requirements.
- Degree or equivalent experience (STEM subjects preferred)
- Proficiency in extracting and manipulating data using SQL
- Experience in developing PowerBI data models, reporting, and dashboards
- Ability to create coherent stories around data insights, simplifying complex concepts for senior stakeholders (investors, Zego board, insurance partners)
- Familiarity with the broader motor insurance market and factors influencing commercial performance (desirable)
- Thorough technical and operational knowledge of claims processes, coupled with financial comprehension of claim reserving and settlements (desirable)
- Understanding of actuarial and reserving methodologies and acting as the liaison between claims, fraud, and these critical areas within Zego (desirable)

We are seeking an enthusiastic analyst committed to enhancing claims processes and customer satisfaction. In this position, you will utilize your analytical abilities to strengthen our claims operations.
