- Design, develop, and implement control systems for manufacturing processes, with a focus on Mitsubishi PLC systems and drives.
- Collaborate with process engineers, automation specialists, and production teams to understand manufacturing requirements and develop appropriate control strategies.
- Configure and program PLCs, HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces), and other control devices to meet operational needs.
- Conduct system integration testing and commissioning of control systems.
- Troubleshoot control system issues related to Mitsubishi controls and drives and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Provide technical support and training to production personnel on control system operation and maintenance, with an emphasis on Mitsubishi systems.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in control system technology, particularly in Mitsubishi PLC systems and drives, to drive innovation and improve manufacturing processes.

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in designing, programming, and troubleshooting control systems in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on Mitsubishi PLC systems and drives.
- Proficiency in Mitsubishi PLC programming languages (e.g., GX Works, MELSEC), HMIs, and associated software tools.
- Familiarity with Mitsubishi servo drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and other motion control systems.
- Knowledge of other PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) is a bonus.
- Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., ISO 13849, IEC and regulatory requirements for control systems in manufacturing is a bonus.
