Customer Services Administrator
As a Customer Services Administrator you will be the first point of contact for assisting our customers and retailers with queries relating to their orders, processing their orders onto our system, and taking responsibility for ensuring you provide exceptional customer service to them.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Being a first point of contact with customer enquiries and complaints
- Following through a customer query or complaint to a satisfactory, and timely, conclusion
- Accurate data input of sales orders
- Generating customer order labels from preloaded templates
- Booking deliveries in with either customers or couriers
- Accessing courier portals to chase deliveries or confirm receipt of goods.
- Liaising with all levels of stakeholders across the business, which may include going into our onsite factory and dealing with own drivers and couriers
- Adhoc duties as needed

37.5 hours 8.30am - 5.00pm

£17,000.00-£20,000.00 per year

Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
