    About the Position:

    Position: Senior Amazon Account Manager

    Salary Range: £40,000 - £55, % Bonus

    Location: Dorset/Hampshire (in office 2-3 days per week)

    Opportunity Alert:

    In the wake of increased demand, we are on the lookout for a Senior Amazon Account Manager. This role is pivotal, supporting the Account Director with multiple accounts management, and it doesn't stop there If successful, you'll be on a clear trajectory from managing accounts to stepping confidently into an Account Director position within our dynamic and growing company.

    Having Amazon experience is not essential High commercial acumen and Client facing ability is at the top of our priority list.

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct and present in-depth weekly reporting and analysis to various clients, deriving key actionable insights.
    • Produce and maintain in depth Control sheets for clients which act as the catalyst for all key tasks that need completing by wider push pull team.
    • Collaborate extensively with a broad team to guarantee project delivery and continuous scaling of clients' Amazon Business.
    • Work intricately with the SEO team to optimize product listings through in-depth keyword research, understanding of Amazon algorithms, and improving keyword search rankings.
    • Engage in listing creation and auditing, ensuring top-notch ASINs for clients by working seamlessly with internal teams.
    • Join forces with the Graphic Design team to craft engaging Amazon imagery that speaks volumes.
    • Partner with the Advertising team, maximizing clients' advertising budgets and delivering on agreed strategies effectively.
    • Leverage the expertise of existing sales team members to institutionalize best practices for your clients.
    • Take charge of stock management across both Seller and Vendor Platforms.
    • Actively manage and lead projects focused on A+ content and store design, monitor account health and performance metrics, implementing strategies for sustained account vitality.

    Essential Skills & Requirements:

    • Minimum of 4 years' experience in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central account management, or possess a stellar track record in Account Management with a keen interest in mastering Amazon.
    • IT literacy, with a strong grasp of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
    • Ownership experience and financial accountability over retail / e-commerce channels.
    • A zealous innovator with a passion for continuous improvement and ideation.
    • Strong communicator who adopts a "above and beyond" attitude to client relationships.
