Project Coordinator

Salary up to £28k - DOE


Join a business that prides itself on combining the experience and ability to manage nationwide projects with the customer service and values of a family-run business.

They specialise in vehicle graphics/wrapping and internal and external signage whilst offering end-to-end service.


You will join a growing team, and working alongside the Senior Account Manager and Operations manager, you will be involved in all aspects of the project coordination.

The role will range from liaising with and managing customer expectations to managing projects from start to finish with the assistance of team members across other departments.


Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Manage incoming enquiries
  • Produce client quotes using Clarity quotation software.
  • Update clients on the progress of ongoing projects.
  • Excel spreadsheet management
  • Liaise with Operations Manager to supply the client with Install Dates / RAMS.
  • Process artwork amendments and add to an inhouse system production note.

Skills required:


  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Highly organised and can work to tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and to multitask.
  • Ideally will come from a similar signage or graphics sector.
