    BirminghamWorking: 4 days a week in the officeSalary: £35k - £40kIRIS have partnered with a Birmingham based Marketing Agency in the city centre who are looking to bring in a Project Delivery Manager.

    This role is a newly created strategic hire, wo will bridge the gap between their diverse client base and the internal delivery team.

    This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless communication, prioritisation of projects and timely delivery of various software and marketing projects, aimed at exceeding client expectations.

    This role will suit someone with a proactive mindset with exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills, who can juggle multiple tasks and drive output within different teams.

    This position involves managing a diverse portfolio of projects across different industries, necessitating adaptability in communication styles to meet client needs.


    Requirements:


    Project management experienceIdeally worked in an agency / multiple project environmentDemonstrated ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with multiple stakeholdersGeneral understanding and experience of key business processes, particularly within a digital/software development and marketing environmentStrong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProactive mindset with a strong commitment to project deliveryAbility to quickly grasp new concepts and processesProficiency in delegating tasks to maximise efficiencyExperience working within Scrum teams and methodologies, including AgileFamiliarity with Kanban principles and practicesResponsibilities:Cultivate strong and positive relationships with assigned clientsDevelop and manage robust project plans using internal processes and toolsServe as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all client requirements are clearly understood and executedMaintain proactive communication with clients to ensure transparency and satisfaction with project progressCoordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address change requirements and ensure project alignment with client objectivesManage time effectively to oversee 15 to 20 active accountsIdentify opportunities for additional client services and supportMonitor project budgets and expenditures against defined statements of workEngage in upward management with senior stakeholders within the agencyWith a strong project pipeline and live working projects ongoing, this is part of an aggressive growth plan for the business who are looking to add a number of new heads into the business in 2024.
