    Established in 1945 John Raymond Transport (JRT) has expanded from being a regional haulier, into a leading UK transport company. The company services a wide range of industries including FMCG customers, leading retailers, food and drink manufacturers; paper and building material specialists.

    All departments - Traffic Office, Warehouse, and Maintenance Facilities are manned 24 x 7 x 364 and we operate from a new modern depot in Bridgend. The Nolan Group; one of Europe's leading transport companies, acquired John Raymond Transport Limited in September 2016 and has invested in the development and growth of the business ever since – including a new depot and maintenance garage.

    We now need a talented Traffic Administrator to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will:

    • Have 2 or more years' experience working in customer service; ideally within the transport industry and warehousing. Experience dealing with large multisite retailers would be a distinct advantage.
    • Be passionate about customer service.
    • Be capable of working under pressure, to exacting deadlines and to a very high standard.
    • Be computer proficient and well organised.
    • Be confident dealing directly with customers by phone and by email.
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Be a team player and willing to assist work colleagues when required.
    • Have a flexible attitude and willing to learn.

    This is a full time permanent role based at our Bridgend Depot working as follows:

    · Monday to Friday 06.30am to 14.00pm then rotating to Monday to Friday 11.30am to 19.00pm

    · 1 Saturday in 3 working from 06.30pm to 11.30am

    · This role is not available as remote or hybrid working
