We currently seek to appoint an enthusiastic and meticulous Database and Administrative Assistant, with outstanding data entry and administrative skills to join the Development Office.

The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Development Office's Raiser's Edge database, providing high quality data entry, analysis and reporting, as well as administrative support in areas such gift processing, financial administration, diary management, legacy administration, and financial reporting, using the fundraising database.

Previous experience in the education or charitable sectors would be advantageous.

The working hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.


The post offers 28 days annual leave, plus Bank Holidays and two weeks at Christmas when the School is closed.

All annual leave must be taken in school holidays.

The salary will be commensurate with the post and will depend upon qualifications and experience.
